As the Spanish saying goes, ‘you can’t start the house from the roof’. This is something we firmly believe. We like to visit the location and discuss your needs, your expectations, your lifestyle… This enables us to get to know you, so that we can begin to define the project and start calculating fees and costs.
As an individual client, we offer you guidance in terms of materials, finishes, suppliers, delivery times, prices and more. Taking all these factors into consideration, we then define the style and submit a detailed estimate, as we pride ourselves on being totally transparent with you.
If you are an architect with your own project, we love contributing to the final phase of the design whenever possible, and teaming up with you to ensure that we are 100% aligned in the production.
Communication is absolutely essential in this phase. After each meeting, we email you a meeting sheet, which specifies all the different points agreed upon, to ensure that everyone understands everything clearly. This is a way to prevent misunderstandings that might otherwise lead to mistakes in the process.
Moreover, you can forget all about having to make thousands of calls or talking with hundreds of different suppliers. We arrange everything so that you’ll only need one point of contact, hence preventing information from getting lost along the way.
We know how valuable your time is and we understand that sometimes home refurbishment or construction work can become stressful when there are unplanned delays in delivery. For this reason, as of day one, we make every effort to prevent this from happening and to guarantee that initial delivery times are met.
